John D. moved to the Mid-Ohio Valley to lead The Green Team in 2002 after being chased out of Las Vegas, and for that matter most Southwest. We would mention some of the places that he used to work, but the truth is no one has ever seen him actually work. Since John's been with Froggy 99 The Green Team has won the "Best Morning Show" award from the West Virginia Broadcasters Association twice. The secret to his success... "Surround yourself with talented people and ride their coat tails". In his spare time John like's to take short trips to explore the area with his wife Tresa, spend time with his dogs and go running.

Holly Hopper rejoined the Froggy staff in Jan. of 2010 after a 2 year "break" in New Martinsville. Holly became a favorite of the Mid-Ohio valley from 2005 to late 2007. A product of Pleasants County, Holly is no stranger to the stage as she has been a singer in the valley for many years. She even won the State Showdown in 2004! Holly has 3 wonderful kids and enjoys people who use coasters and shiny things. |

Kenny Froggins came to MOV from Alliance, Ohio (the Danger Zone) back in 1989. After completing a four-year degree in five years at OVC (now OVU), Kenny realized that the only job for him was one that he could be “heard, not seen”. Kenny came to be part of the Froggy family back in August of 2006. Even though he does not have the charisma of a James Pond, the sultriness of an Annie Croakly, or the hair of a John D. Green, somehow he still musters enough self-esteem to show up and give you Genuine Froggy Country every weekday afternoon. Kenny enjoys spending time with the significant other, Heather, and his two little “tadpoles”, Hallie and Riley. Other interests: singing, church league softball, playing hoops with the Results Radio All-Stars, Carrie Underwood (the restraining order is still pending), and making wicked strawberry smoothies. And yes, he is still a BIG fan of the Browns and Buckeyes.

Way back in the late 60's, in a small little Kentucky town, I came screaming into this world. My mom, a Southern Belle housewife, and my dad, a farmer, bar owner, janitor, banjo picker, had finally had enough kids. I was the last of four and, believe me, I think I was the reason they didn't want anymore! I left Kentucky, my family, my friends and my life behind and moved hundreds of miles cross-country to be with my oldest sister, Connie (my role model, best friend and confidante), and her husband. I finished school and, purely by accident, I got into Country radio.

His career has covered most of WV including Huntington, Bluefield, and Wheeling. James loves spending time with his wife Amy and daughters Kaci and Payton.
And yes, that is him in a pool full of green Jello.
